Your account features
Log in using your Library card number to see items that you have requested from storage (maximum 6 at a time).
You may also check on your personal details, such as address and phone number, and change your account password.
Viewing your requests
The items you have requested are displayed in a table on this page.
Status:
Current status of the item that you have requested from storage.
Pick up location:
Where your item will be delivered. Ask at the request desk
Cancel if not filled by:
Latest date your request will be filled.
Status codes
| AVAILABLE | Item has not yet been processed. |
| Ready. Must pick up by |
Your item is waiting for you to pick up. |
| IN TRANSIT | Item is currently travelling and is on its way to the pickup location. |
Once the items are checked out to you, they will show in the middle of the screen
Click on this link to see the list of items checked out to you.
Cancel requests
To cancel all requests, select 'cancel all' and then 'yes'.
To cancel requests for particular items:
- Check the Cancel box in front of item/s you want to cancel
- Then select 'cancel selected items' and then 'yes'
Change Password and Update details
- To change your Password select Change Password
- To change your contact details select Update details
- Do not use characters such as & or $ as this will cause errors.
Log out
Please log out when you have finished requesting or searching the catalogue.
Your account will be logged out automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.
